It's almost Show time!

It’s nearly here!  Excitement in the PSP offices is reaching fever pitch as we start to see all our plans coming together and our stand slowly taking shape by Gate E as a 'marine world' is created for 10 days. 

Whatever day you visit the Show, do visit us on Stand F1 and take advantage of the special offers which will change daily, so if you’re lucky enough to be there for more than a day, it’s worth keeping an eye on what’s new on the stand.

Watch out too for news about current and future sailings.  As well as well-established water/water services to the mediterranean and the adriatic, PSP is launching a brand new service to the Caribbean this November.

Well, what a year!  Since our decision to take on the mantle of title sponsor of the PSP Southampton Boat Show, our business has really started to realise the benefits being so closely involved with this world-class event.  We are delighted to report that despite the state of the economy we are very busy shipping boats all over the world.

The opening day of the PSP Southampton Boat Show is drawing ever closer.  Visit http://www.psap.co.uk/ for an accurate countdown of days, hours, minutes and seconds.  It was a proud moment for the whole PSP team, last year, when we saw our name recognised by the whole marine industry all over the show.  We can't wait to do it all over again.

This year we're hoping to break an impressive nautical world record at the PSP Southampton Boat Show.  If you want to go down in the history books as a record breaker, this event is for you!

The Record Breaker Stage, situated in Solent Park, will host the Show’s exciting attempt to break the record for the most amount of people sending a semaphore message.  We're working with a volunteer crew of ex-RN sailors to lead the crowd in sending the word ‘RECORD’ across the Solent. 

While the attempt to break the record will be made every day throughout the 10 day duration of the Show, the best chance of breaking the record will be on both Saturdays, when every single visitor will have the opportunity to join in. 

Make sure you don’t miss out on your chance to be a record breaker - and help put the Show in the record books!

The Facebook page has photos, videos, links, notes and loads of lovely friends and fans.  Our Twitter page, which will be updated every day in the run up to the PSP Southampton Boat Show in September, is relatively new but is already drawing a loyal following among key local and boating fans of the Shows.
