We recommend visitors travel to the Show by public transport. You’ll find the Traveline website very useful to plan your journey.

The PSP Southampton Boat Show is located around Mayflower Park/ Town Quay, Southampton.


Getting to the Show by bus  By Bus 

The main Show entrance is only a five minute walk from Southampton’s main bus station.  The closest bus stops to the Show ground are in the Bargate/ High Street/ Town Quay area.  A free City Link bus runs between Southampton Central train station and Town Quay (near Bugle Street) every 15 minutes.

Getting to the Show by rail  By Rail 

Southampton Central is the closest main line station.  It’s a 10 minute walk to the Show or you can take the free City Link bus to Town Quay.

Getting to the Show by car  By Car (and Parking)

There are many ways to get to the Show by car.  There are several route planners that can be used to get you to the Show in the quickest and most accurate way.  We suggest:

The AA Route Planner or Multimap (Note - the Show postcode is SO15 1HJ)

There are 10,000 parking spaces throughout the city, both in public and privately owned car parks.

For Council owned car parks, you can download their useful ‘Parking Southampton’ leaflet from www.southampton.gov.uk/transport/parking.

Getting to the Show by coach  By Coach

There is limited on-street parking at Blechynden Terrace.  Drop-off and pick-up points are available in Harbour Parade and by prior arrangement at the National Express Coach Station.


Getting to the Show by ferry  By Ferry

For visitors from the Isle of Wight or Hythe, both Red Funnel Ferries and the Hythe Ferry operate from Town Quay which is a five minute walk from the Show ground. You can buy Show tickets from both companies.  For sailing times search for Red Funnel Ferries or Hythe Ferry.
