Mike Golding Gets Royal Seal of Approval

A solo sailor has received a royal seal of approval at the PSP Southampton Boat Show. The Princess Royal has renamed Mike Golding’s 60ft yacht, Gamesa after the Spanish wind turbine company who are supporting him.

Mike is preparing for his fourth attempt to win the famous Vendee Globe round the world race. He sets off in November 2012.
