Events	Cost
Under 19's Event - 22nd September	Free
Attendance Deposit	£300 per team (converted to damage deposit)
Damage Deposit	£300 per team

Once you have submitted your form you will be contacted for payment once your place is confirmed.

Deposits

Once your place is confirmed you will be contacted to provide one cheque for £300 per team made payable to the "RYA".

This £300 is initially the attendance deposit but will be converted on registration on the day to the damage deposit for the team.

Refunds: The RYA will refund all payments in full if written or email notice of the withdrawal of a team is received by the RYA before Friday 7 September, 2012, or if you can find a suitable replacement as agreed by Antonia Goodwin. Any team that withdraws from the event with less than two full weeks notice (without strong circumstances) will forfeit their attendance deposit. Damage deposits less any claim costs,( either directly attributed to you or jointly to your team) will be refunded after the event.
