ONLINE EXHIBITOR MANUAL

This year the Exhibitor Manual - which provides you with all the operational details you need when planning your stand or berth - has gone online .

It is in a similar format as the original Exhibitor Manual including Health and Safety information, Order Forms and Contractor Details, Terms and Conditions, Build up and Breakdown times.

ACCESS THE ONLINE EXHIBITOR MANUAL

Exhibitors have been provided with individual access details to the manual by email.  If you have not received this, please contact Andrea Nuding on 01784 223613.

To access the e-manual:

1. Access the link 
2. Enter your Username (as provided on the email you received)
3. Enter your Password  (as provided on the email you received)
4. Click on "LOGIN"
5. If you have more than one stand, you will then be asked which stand you would like to work on, as forms must be completed for each stand/ berth. 

User Instructions and Features of the Online Exhibitor Manual

• Once you have logged into the Online Exhibitor Manual you will see that each section has been clearly marked with a tab (e.g. Welcome, General Information etc) for ease of use when viewing information contained in the manual. 
   
• It is advisable to read through the manual and familiarise yourself with its contents.
   
• A full list of official contractors is listed with full contact details for easy viewing.
   
• The 'Forms and Checklist' section enables you to see which services are available to you - when you click on the task you will see it has a link to an online form, pdf or a link to another website.  You can make notes on each task and save them.  If you intend for your contractor to order items on your behalf, you can check to see that what they have ordered and when.
   
• Please note that you will not be able to fill out any forms until you have filled out the HS1 Form (Land Based Exhibitor) or MS1 Form (Marina Exhibitors).
   
• Upon online submission of a form the information is sent directly to the Contractor or Organiser. 
   
• The Index feature is very useful as you can clearly see in which sections a particular subject is mentioned. The clickable links take you directly to the relevant section for that subject.

You will still need to submit your stand plans and structural information.  For full details on what you need to submit, look in the Health and Safety section of the online manual.
