See who will become the next Miss PSP Southampton Boat Show

Another favourite returning to the Show is the ever-popular Miss PSP Southampton Boat Show competition. The entries have now been shortlisted with 10 finalists selected to take part in the final on Saturday 20th at the Show. Each contestant will take part in a number of tasks on the day. The one with the highest score will take the crown. The winner will also become an ambassador for Shows organised by National Boat Shows Ltd, the London International Boat Show at ExCeL and the PSP Southampton Boat Show 2009; feature in promotional material; have a photo-shoot on a luxury powerboat; be on the judging panel to crown Miss PSP Southampton Boat Show 2009. • The Closing date for all entries online is Friday 29th August 2008 at 12 midday.
• Entrants must be aged 18 or over. Applications which do not comply with this rule will not be entered.
• The shortlist of 10 entrants will be notified by 30th August 2008.
• By entering this competition your are confirming the following; there is nothing in your past that can bring  the Organisers into disrepute.
• Entrants shortlisted to the final ten must be available on the following dates or your entry will be deemed void; Saturday 6th September in Southampton for promotional purposes and on Saturday 20th September, 9am at the Show for the final.
• By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions.
• The Organisers reserve the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or any part of the Show due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• The Organisers cannot accept financial or other responsibility for any loss or liability incurred by the public at the Show arising as a result of contracts entered into by visitors with any exhibitor or advice sought or obtained from any exhibitor, or any loss or damage to personal property brought into the Show.
• No cash alternative for the prize.
• The winner may be used in promotional and PR literature post Show
• This competition is only open to residents of the UK.
• Visitors may be filmed or recorded for broadcast or security purposes during the Show. 
• Public voting online for the ten finalists starts on 2 September 2008. Vote and you could win tickets to the PSP Southampton Boat Show 2008.
• The Promoter/Organiser reserves the right to alter or vary the content or timings, to cancel, amend, terminate, temporarily suspend or withdraw this event as a whole or any part of the Show due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control at any time.
