TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TICKET PURCHASES

1. Tickets are not refundable.
2. Visitors will not be allowed admission to this Show without a valid ticket.
3. Tickets cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
4. Presentation of the ticket for admission constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions upon which NBS, the Organiser, is prepared to grant entry
5. Up to 2 children (15 or under) may accompany an adult ticket holder free of charge but each child must have a child ticket for admission obtained either in advance or from cashiers at the Main Show entrance.
6. Tickets can not be refunded, exchanged, transferred, nor should they be resold for commercial gain.
7. For public safety, the Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission and may conduct security searches.
8. The Organisers reserve the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or any part of the Show due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control without obligation to refund or exchange tickets.
9. The Organisers cannot accept financial or other responsibility for any loss or liability incurred by the public at the Show arising as a result of contracts entered into by visitors with any exhibitor or advice sought or obtained from any exhibitor, or any loss or damage to personal property brought into the Show.
10. Visitors may be filmed or recorded for broadcast or security purposes during the Show.
11. The distribution of leaflets or any other advertising material or the sale of articles anywhere within the Exhibition premises is strictly forbidden without prior written permission from the Organisers, and who also reserve the right at their absolute discretion to confiscate such articles for infringement of this condition.
12. Re-admission into the Show is possible by the issue of a wristband from Show security at the entrances.

KIDS GO FREE

1. Up to two children 15 and under can gain access to the Show  with every adult ticket presented except for premium tickets such as the Platinum or Ladies day tickets.
2. All kids entering the show must have a ticet. To ensure you get your free allocation you must either  order in advance via website or the call centre. Alternatively  if you turn up at the gate you may be issued a child ticket/s on entry.

WIN A TOPPER TOPAZ

PLATINUM TICKET

The Platinum Ticket offers the holder the following benefits:

• Available all Show days except Thursday 18th September 2008.
• Ticket for Show admission and pre-booked Power Boat experience (latter being subject to weather conditions permitting, and shipping movements).
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled booking time. We regret we are unable to wait for later arrivals.
• Access to dedicated lounge with balcony
• Platinum Lanyard & Pass (Not valid on its own for Show entry or boat ride)
• Morning Danish and Hot Fork Buffet. Tea and coffee throughout day
• Private pay bar
• Appropriate clothing is advisable and low heel shoes must be worn.
• Life saving equipment will be provided as necessary.
• There is no secure storage at the embarkation point and limited storage space on board. Please use the facilities provided in the Platinum Lounge.
• Kids do not go free with this ticket
• No concessions with this ticket
• No group discounts with this ticket

The Platinum Ticket & Ladies Day Ticket is only valid for the date and time Shown.

Please check that it carries the correct booking details as mistakes cannot always be rectified onsite.

LADIES DAY TICKET

The Ladies Day Ticket offers the holder the following benefits:

There is no secure storage at the embarkation point and limited storage space on board. Please use the facilities provided in the Platinum Lounge.

MISS PSP Southampton Boat Show

• The Closing date for all entries online is Friday 29th August 2008 at 12 midday.
• The shortlist of 10 entrants will be notified by 30th August 2008.
