Each session is supervised by qualified instructors aboard sailing dinghies at the very heart of the Show. Your instructor will provide you with a lifejacket, suitable clothing and a short safety demonstration.

Please note that there is limited availability and due to adverse weather conditions there is a strong possibility that some activities may be suspended at certain times during the day.

*Each session will be around 90 minutes, which includes the time for a qualified instructor to provide you with a lifejacket, suitable clothing and a short safety demonstration, and the time on the water taking part in your chosen activity.
