On-Water Workshops

New for 2012, this experience gave you the opportunity to refresh your boating skills and gain top tips from expert instructors with free on the water and shorebased workshops. From man overboard drills and berthing manoeuvres to engine maintenance and radar operation, workshops ran each day and will provided visitors with some real hands-on experience.  More about the RYA Active Marina programme...

Booking an on-water workshop

To book an on-water workshop visit the ‘Try-a-Boat’ booking point on stand A140, when you arrive at the show. (On-water workshops cannot be booked in advance)

*** Please note that there is limited availability and each session is weather dependent. Life jackets will be supplied and must be worn. Minimum age 16. Places are very limited so it is highly recommended you book your session either in advance for the shore-based workshops or as early as possible on the day for on-the-water sessions.
 
 

Booking a shore-based workshop

The Which Marina stand (F004) host the shore base sessions. To guarantee a space and to qualify for our free Goodie bags these can be booked in advance by emailing bookings@which-marina.com  or calling 01784 223816.
