Restaurant SO40 with Cunard Line

The PSP Southampton Boat Show is very proud that it is working with Cunard Line to provide the menu of  Restaurant, SO40  specially designed and created for the Show by Cunard’s  Executive Chef Jean-Marie Zimmerman.

Visitors will be able to choose from a collection of main dishes and desserts carefully selected by Jean-Marie Zimmerman from his extensive repertoire and brought to the Show to show case the flair, creativity and quality of the world famous Cunard Liners and their dining elegance.

The Show’s Main Restaurant is situated in Mayflower Park and boasts the best views of the Hydropool Marina. The Main Restaurant is next to a more casual dinning experience, the Seafood Cafe, offering a wide variety of sea Keep coming back to this page as we will shortly be unveiling  the final menu and wine selection.
