Smoke and Fire uses the sights, taste and sounds of the American deep south to tantalise your taste buds, tickle your senses, and a cacophony of delicious dishes straight from the fire.

“Fire evokes relaxation, comfort, aroma, flavour as well as a sense of theatre and spectacle. From the style of the US, low and slow, to Uruguayan grills, Argentinian Asado and Brazilian Churrasco we cook it all. We also offer an amazing VeggieQ® vegan BBQ experience all cooked on our green BBQ’s and fire cages.
