Chefs Ahoy, brought to you by The Rustic Chef Martin Dawkins, serves up boat-friendly recipes using seasonal, local ingredients.

With three daily sessions, enjoy dishes from Martin and the Dishy Dads, plus meet South Coast producers of chocolate, gin, sauces, and more – all made using natural ingredients and traditional methods. 

The Rustic Chef

Martin Dawkins, aka The Rustic Chef, brings over 20 years of kitchen experience, including three rosettes and a nod from the Michelin guide. Trained under top chefs, he’s passionate about cooking with fresh, local Hampshire ingredients. His simple, sustainable dishes let natural flavours shine. Catch him sharing his love of food and easy, healthy recipes at festivals and the Southampton International Boat Show.

Dishy Dads

Dishy Dads are here to stir up laughter, love, and loads of flavour! This hilarious duo serves up family recipes with a side of dad jokes, proving dads can do it all, while keeping it fun and delicious. From BBQs to Sunday roasts, they’re all about good food and great memories.

Callaloo Corner

Callaloo Corner, founded in Winchester in 2022, brings the authentic flavours of Trinidad and Tobago to your table. Their vegan-friendly hot sauces and BBQ sauce are made from natural ingredients, perfect as condiments, marinades, or dipping sauces—offering a taste of Caribbean sunshine in every bottle.

Chocolate Craft Ltd

Chocolate Craft has been delighting chocolate lovers since 2004. Led by former NHS nurse Pippa Sherry since 2019, this Old Alresford-based business handcrafts thousands of chocolates daily and offers a range of chocolate workshops and private parties. Their passion for chocolate shines through every creation and event they run.

Hydes Cyder

Hydes Cyder, founded in 2023 by Philip and Lucy Lundberg in Hampshire, produces premium, wild-fermented, hand-crafted ciders using no artificial ingredients. Made from locally sourced English orchard apples, their original, medium-dry cider and the new 0.5% alcohol-free Hydes Lyte are gluten-free, vegan-friendly, and whole-heartedly refreshing.

New Forest Fruit Company

New Forest Fruit Company, led by lifelong farmer Sandy Booth, combines traditional farming knowledge with innovative techniques to grow unique crops and reduce food waste. With their gluten-free, vegan-friendly wines and snacks, the company is committed to sustainable farming and frequently supports local charities.

Pothecary Gin

Martin’s journey began in hospitality before moving into the wine industry, where he gained extensive experience and qualifications. After running his own wine shop and working as a wine specialist, he turned his passion to gin production. His Pothecary Gin is an award-winning organic British blend known for its quality and craftsmanship.

River Test Distillery

Come and meet the team from the award-winning River Test Distillery. Enjoy a taste of their gins and spiced rum as the team share their story of setting up a craft distillery on the banks of The River Test in Hampshire.  

Two&One

An Anglo-Spanish family business, born in the heart of Hampshire, Two&One is the fusion of two cultures, Spanish heritage and British passion, into one lifestyle. With five generations of olive growing in southern Spain, their commitment to quality and tradition ensures that each bottle brings the rich flavours of their heritage to your table. 

Yarty Cordials

Yarty Cordials was founded in 2008 by Jayne and David Mugridge in the beautiful Yarty Valley, spanning Somerset to Devon. Inspired by family recipes, Jayne crafts unique, handcrafted cordials and vinegars with a focus on umami flavours and nutrition.

Good Evans Kitchen

Katie Evans is a mindful cook and accredited nutritionist based in Hampshire. Through her cookery school, Good Evans Kitchen, she helps people build a better relationship with food by focusing on simple, seasonal cooking that supports health and wellbeing.

The Joshie-Man

Josh Harris, also know as The Joshie-Man, is a young boy from the UK living with autism who communicates non-verbally. Thanks to 'Let Them Have Their Voices', a campaign led by his father to provide communication tools to children like Josh, he’s been able to share his passions - especially his love of cooking. He now travels the UK learning from top chefs, with his sights set on becoming one.
