Clipper Marine are happy to announce two new models from BAVARIA YACHTS.

New to the enormously successful C-line is the Bavaria C38 and C42. Continuing the collaboration with Cossutti Yacht Design, both yachts share many of the styling cues from their bigger siblings (the C45, C50 and C57), with bold angular lines that have become the hallmark of these boats.

A first for Bavaria though is the introduction of full-length chines which, when coupled with a new fuller bow design and a full width beam carried aft, means that they have bags of space down below. This, along with the three sets of hull ports, ensure that the new boats feel bright and airy in all the cabins. Several layouts are available, with options for two or three cabins, and one or two heads in all the combinations.

Performance under sail was a key part of the design brief and the new chines will help with stability once the yacht is heeled. The fuller bow sections will also help reduce pitching when the boat is driven off the wind, especially when combined with the optional code zero or gennaker. Ease of sail handling will be helped by the addition of a self-tacking jib as standard.

The first of the new C42’s has already arrived in the UK and is available for viewing in Swanwick Marina immediately.

The C38 has only just been announced and will make her first appearance at Dusseldorf 2021. We are already taking pre-orders for this model and we have lots of excited customers ready to upgrade for the next season.

All in all, both these models are great looking boats and we cannot wait for a chance to play with them on the water. For information on these or any of the boats in the range please contact your local office and we will be delighted to help.
