Exhibitor Contract

Please fill in and return your Contract to Exhibit with your deposit to [email protected] by 1st March if you require the same stand / berth location at the 2019 event. We are unable to allocate space to companies in the original location if we have not had commitment from them.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Sales Account team on 01784 223610.  

We have received many questions regarding the calculation of space process, therefore, please see below a step by step guide.

Box 1 – Write in the type of space you require as shown on the Contract to Exhibit. You can refer to the email if you are not sure what space type you had at the 2018 Show. I.e. Open, Undercover Shell etc,

Box 2 – Write in the per sqm rate as shown above

Box 3 – Write the amount of sqm required

Box 4 – Multiply the Box 2 by Box 3 and insert figure in Box 4

Box 5 – On the email you will have been advised of your British Marine discount (if applicable) write in the %

Box 6 – Calculate the BM Discount value and insert figure in Box 6

Box 7 – Take the value in Box 4 and minus the figure in Box 6 and insert figure in Box 7

Box 8 – Insert 5% as you are applying before 31^st December

Box 9 – Calculate Box 7 minus 5% and insert figure in Box 9

Box 10 – Calculate Box 7 minus Box 9 and insert figure. This will give you the total amount for the space that you require.

Please then calculate 15% and the VAT (if applicable) to work out the deposit required to secure you getting the lowest possible rate.

Once we have received your signed Contract to Exhibit we will raise a deposit invoice which is payable by 31^st December.
