Crafted from lightweight closed-cell foam, U-DEK® delivers exceptional comfort underfoot and superior traction in all weather conditions.
Designed specifically for marine deck applications, U-DEK® offers outstanding durability and requires minimal maintenance. It is available in various colors and tread patterns to complement individual styles and vessel designs.
As a leading global manufacturer of PE and EVA foam, Ultralon® Foam International produces U-DEK® exclusively in our dedicated facility, leveraging proprietary technology and intellectual property. Our stringent manufacturing processes, premium raw materials, and technical expertise ensure consistent quality, reliability, and performance.
Our closed-cell, chemically cross-linked foams are made from polyethylene (PE), ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers (EVA), or advanced blended copolymers. This fine cell structure results in minimal water absorption, excellent buoyancy, and strong chemical resistance—essential properties for marine environments.
U-DEK® foams are supplied in molded block form and can be easily trimmed to the desired size and thickness using standard foam-processing equipment. Importantly, no chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) or organic fillers are used in our foams, reflecting our commitment to environmentally responsible manufacturing.
