Viknes Motor Yachts are built just outside of Bergen on the island of Askøy in Norway. As one of the last, Norwegian based factory producers of leisure boats, Viknes are extremely proud of their long heritage. In addition, Viknes group also builds the well regarded Skilsø Motor Yachts. Both brands proudly carry the slogan ‘Made in Norway’ . Skilsø started building boats in 1919 and Viknes in 1988. The current Viknes range of offshore motor yachts features 7 models from 8m to 12m in length and the Viknes sister brand Skilsø range of family focused cruising yachts from 10.6m to 11.9m.
