Flavours on the Waterfront

The Southampton International Boat Show 2025 featured great food by the water, street-food options to suit every taste, and pints poured to perfection at the Guinness Bar, sponsored by HSB Technical Ltd.

Visitors dined with a view at the Quarterdeck Bar & Restaurant, where Head Chef James Bevan — formerly at the helm of a prestigious 2-Michelin-starred restaurant — brought his culinary expertise to a menu celebrating the finest land and sea dishes, from lobster rolls to dry-aged steaks, all overlooking the beautiful marina.
