New to the 2025 show, The Cockpit stage, presented by Powerboat & RIB Magazine, celebrates speed, innovation, and marine engineering. This is where performance boating takes centre stage, featuring expert talks and insider insights from industry leaders.

Peter Bambury

With a wealth of experience in the marine industry, Peter supports boat owners and builders in maximising their boat’s power output while ensuring weight savings, efficiency, and comfort. Appearing Monday 22nd and Wednesday 24th September.

Richard Bates

Managing Director of Bates Wharf Marine Sales Ltd and W Bates & Son (Boatbuilders) Ltd, representing the fifth generation of his family in boating. At just 26, Richard founded Bates Wharf, offering every aspect of the boating cycle. Appearing Saturday 20th September.

Tim Coe and Terri Spencer

Powerboat racing is the hardest sport in the world to film. Tim & Terri from Attitude Media have become the team everyone in the sport knows. They capture entire race weekends like no one else anywhere in the world. Appearing Sunday 21st and Saturday 27th September.

Paul Glatzel

RYA Yachtmaster and Powerboat Examiner, author, and a Marine Expert Witness. Paul has circumnavigated the UK and Ireland in small powerboats and trained military, commercial and leisure boaters in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the Americas and even Antarctica. Appearing Saturday 27th September.

Lisa Hammock

RN Head of Climate Resilience and Environmental Management. She has over 25 years’ experience within the maritime industry, across the commercial and defence sectors; working for large corporations, as an independent consultant, managing consultant and as a civil servant for Defence. Appearing Friday 19th September.

Charly Hewett

Highly experienced RYA instructor with an extraordinary career spanning warships, tall ships, marine conservation, and Antarctic expedition vessels. Now co-founder of Ardent Training, Charly is passionate about helping others develop the skills and confidence to thrive on the water. Appearing Sunday 21st and Wednesday 24th September.

Geoff Holt MBE

Geoff Holt MBE, record-breaking sailor and founder of Wetwheels, shares how inclusive access to the sea transforms lives, empowering disabled people through adventure, independence, and maritime connection. Appearing Saturday 27th September.

Sophi Horne

Founder of Seabird Technologies and a leading voice in the shift toward sustainable marine innovation. With a background in yacht design, she continues to explore new opportunities to shape the future of boat design through sustainability, performance, and form. Appearing Saturday 20th September.

Jemma Horwood

Grew up around motorsport. She fell into Powerboat racing late summer 2021 and joined OCRDA and in Feb 2022. Jemma came second overall in the Championship and The Nations cup, an incredible first season. Appearing Wednesday 24th September.

Ben Jelf

Representing the F1 Atlantic Team, Ben currently sits in third place overall in the 2025 F1H2O World Championship as attentions now turn to The Grand Prix of Shanghai in five weeks time. Appearing Saturday 27th September.

Aldo Kane

World-renowned adventurer, Former Royal Marines Commando sniper, and one of the most sought-after technical safety consultants in the global film and television industry. Appearing Thursday 25th September.

Ross Kemp

Has spent the past 13 years testing, breaking, and fixing every kind of water toy—from underwater scooters to jet boards. His mission: to help boat owners cut through the hype and choose the toys that deliver maximum adventure with minimum hassle. Appearing Friday 19th and Sunday 21st September.

Peter King

Has worked with boats his whole life. He started in busy marinas around the Solent, before getting his PWC, Powerboat Advanced and Yachtmaster Certificates. Currently he manages a fleet of boats for a sailing club and works as an instructor. Appearing Monday 22nd, Tuesday 23rd Wednesday 24th and Thursday 25th September.

Ivan Kuznetsov

Has sailed more than 15,000 nautical miles and has over 20 years of experience in software development and team leadership. As CTO and Co-Founder of Yacht Cabin, Ivan’s goal is to make finding the right crew safe, easy, and enjoyable. Appearing Sunday 21st September.

Rose Lores

Started racing in 2006 for the Honda 150hp team in the Honda Formula 4 Stroke Series at the age of 45 with no previous boating experience and having to overcome a fear of water. Drove in 5 races and won 3. Appearing Wednesday 24th September.

Tom Montgomery-Swan

CEO and Co-Founder of Tide Creative Group (formerly TIDE Media), and one of the most respected voices in marine brand marketing. Tom has become the go-to expert for marine companies wanting to grow with substance, strategy and standout storytelling. Appearing Saturday 27th September.

Oliver Pendleton

Head of Vessels and Operations at BAR Technologies, leading projects that are reshaping the future of boating. With a background spanning yacht and power craft design, production boat development, and two America’s Cup campaigns, he brings unique insight into cutting-edge foiling technology. Appearing Tuesday 23rd September.

Emily Pike

As an ex-PE teacher with a partner who lives and breathes the marine industry and powerboat racing it was just a matter of time before Emily decided to get competitive and enter a race series. Appearing Wednesday 24th September.

El Rutherford

Comes from a family that has history with the sea. She is passionate about the water, water safety, and widening access to water sports and motorsport in general to women at whatever level. Appearing Wednesday 24th September.

Charlie Triggs

Director of Ardent Training and an experienced skipper specialising in marine mammal conservation vessels. Charlie shares both practical expertise and real-world insights to aspiring skippers. Appearing Friday 26th and Sunday 28th September.
