The Nicholson 31 Association is 18 Years Young this Year
Celebrating The Nicholson 31 Association’s 18th year of this vibrant class association, everyone will get a chance to board this classic blue water cruiser at the British Marine Southampton Boat Show in September. Representing the 119 strong class is Falmouth-based Liberty Jane number #31/095.
Her owner is none other than the Class Association’s Honorary Secretary, Michael Wright. He says “I am just the present custodian of this wonderful blue water cruiser.” Adding that “All owners feel privileged to be part of the Camper & Nicholsons story. Many sister boats have travelled and are travelling the globe; whereas others provide family fun in local waters, wherever they are based in the world.”
Visitors to the show will be able to see modern upgrades on a traditional long keel boat. Nicholson 31 Association members will be on hand to discuss upgrades, as well as their sailing achievements on the owners’ berth in the marina. In addition, a loop video from some of our owners, will be shown on board, for those who want to find out more about this lovely craft. This combination gives the visitor a unique first-hand opportunity to hear what current owners have achieved with their 31s.
