The Arcona 435 Mk II illustrates the evolution of design and innovation for Arcona Yachts. She is a boat that will win regattas one weekend and then take the family for a comfortable and safe sail the next.
Proudly built in Sweden by experienced boatbuilders using high quality materials, she is designed to be easy to handle shorthanded, no matter if you are sailing with family, friends or just the two of you. Her predecessor, the Arcona 435, was launched by Arcona Yachts in 2018 and won the European Yacht of the Year 2019. This Arcona model has become a real favourite in the performance racer-cruiser sector. A quick, modern and easy-to-manage 45-foot performance cruiser.
The Arcona 435 Mk II has large hull windows for increased light below deck. She has a wider beam and increased hull height versus her predecessor for increased space and height below deck. She has a new bowsprit, deckware and much more above deck.
Epitomising the characteristics of a very comfortable fast family cruiser and a racing yacht, without making any compromises, the Arcona 435 Mk II is both safe and stable with laminated bulkheads and Arcona’s galvanised steel girder. She is a joy to sail as she responds quickly to trim input and doesn’t weigh more than 8990kg.
Arcona yacht interiors have typical features, using high-quality woodwork and practical designs in clever locations. They are light and modern, reflecting classic Scandinavian design. The generous saloon has been carefully thought out for optimum entertaining purposes. Taking in the full 4.04m beam of the yacht, there is plenty of space around the table and she has a spacious galley, three cabins and two heads.
The Arcona 435 Mk II can also be specified with carbon hull, deck and spars which reduces her weight further.
We know that all sailors have different needs. That’s why Arcona never build boats for stock. Each boat is hand-built for its owner.
