The Xc 47 marks the start of a new generation in X Yachts’ dedicated cruising line, bringing together proven offshore capability with a modern, more versatile hull design. Building on feedback from over 300 Xc owners worldwide, the new model blends deep V shaped bow sections with a wider stern and a subtle soft chine to create a calm, confidence inspiring motion at sea. The composite structure is fully vacuum infused and post cured to deliver excellent stiffness, strength and weight efficiency, while the signature steel frame absorbs rig and keel loads for long term reliability offshore.
Designed for genuine bluewater sailing, the Xc 47 has already crossed the Atlantic and returned in her first season, proving the capability at the heart of the yacht. The raised superstructure floods the saloon with light and offers improved sightlines when seated below, while allowing multilevel floors that keep tanks, systems and heavy equipment centred low in the hull.
