You can’t put a price on the CA’s cruising expertise, knowledge and community, but we can make joining a little easier.
At this year’s Boat Show, the CA is launching new ways to join – including 20% off Full Membership for new members for just £138 (normally £172), a new monthly payment option of just £11.25 per month, and the launch of Young Cruiser Membership for those aged 18-35 for just £50 per year.
If you can’t make it the Show you can still enjoy the 20% off offer – simply use the code SIBS2026 on the online joining form to enjoy 20% off until Saturday 31 October 2026.
The monthly payment option is available to all new members who join or apply to join by Saturday 31 October 2026. To take advantage of this option, you can join in-person on Stand H244 at the Boat Show or apply directly to the CA by email to [email protected] or telephone +44 (0)20 7537 2828.
Year-round, those aged 18-35 can join as a Young Cruiser for just £50 a year, with access to all the benefits of Full Membership. Join at the Boat Show or online.

The show will see the launch of the 2027 Cruising Almanac, available to buy at £30 for members and £40 for non-members.
Visitors will also be able to explore the CA’s award-winning CAptain’s Mate and discover how its database of more than 20,000 reports covering over 9,000 locations worldwide can help with passage planning and cruising research.
There will be plenty of opportunities to win throughout the show.
Our headline prize, open to all visitors to the stand, is a Wescom sMRT SHIELD+ Personal Locator Beacon.
New members joining during the show will also be entered into exclusive prize draws to win one of ten £50 Andark vouchers.
