Haines Marine

Haines Marine build high quality boats from their shipyard in Norfolk, England. British in their design and ethos, this family business has been building boats that stand the test of time since 1980. Val Wyatt Marine has had a long relationship with Haines, originally acting as their broker for boats back in the 1990s when Alec Baylis (Lisa’s father) and Bob & Mary Haines (Justin Haines’ parents) were running the two businesses. Now Lisa and Justin are the latest generation to work together as sales agent and builder.

Haines is renowned, not only for award winning boats, but also for nurturing long-standing customer relationships. Everyone is greeted like friends at the yard, and each boat is built with passion and pride. That degree of attention is obvious from when you first step onboard any Haines model – from an overarching feeling of a solidly and carefully built boat, through to the engraved plaque that records the individuals who built her.
