PRO-SET composite products provide a specialist range of epoxy systems for building high-performance, lightweight composite structures that can withstand the harshest environments.
PRO-SET epoxies include formulations for laminating, infusion, adhesive applications and tooling, complemented by a range of process equipment.
The PRO-SET epoxy range includes formulated, modern, high performance bio-based epoxies for composite manufacture. Specifically for composite manufacturers wanting to reduce their carbon footprint our bio based epoxies will produce lightweight, durable structures for the demanding composite industry. The biobased products include systems for Infusion through to hand laminating, to assembly adhesives and have been formulated based upon our vast experience and knowledge of the demanding performance criteria needed from the epoxy systems.
Custom Formulation
PRO-SET can formulate custom resin and hardener systems tailored to your specific processes and performance needs, working closely with you throughout the development of your custom formulation. Turnaround times are generally rapid, with only slightly extended lead times required once your custom formulation is placed into production. PRO-SET custom formulations usually require minimum volumes, and these products are typically made available under our Custom Formulations category, unless the customer specifies them as proprietary.
PRO-SET® epoxy is designed with the advanced composites industry in mind, for use on quality, high-end composite products. The range includes Adhesives; Infusion; Laminating; High-Temp; Tooling; Absolute Clear Epoxies and specific formulations like a 5-Minute curing Epoxy.
