Najad returns to Southampton with UK premiere of award-winning 451 AC

Swedish yard Najad makes a notable return to the Southampton International Boat Show this year, with SE Yachts presenting the UK premiere of the new Najad 451 AC (Aft Cockpit). It is the first time the model has been seen in the UK, and the first Najad on display at the show in over five years.

The début carries added weight. Earlier this year the 451 AC was named Top Yacht 2026 by German sailing magazine Segeln, following a judging process that included extensive onboard inspections and sea trials. The panel, focused on practical cruising and offshore ability, recognised her seaworthiness, craftsmanship and suitability for long-distance sailing.

An aft cockpit development of the acclaimed 451, she offers a large twin-helm cockpit and push-button sailing, with a handcrafted mahogany interior sleeping six across three cabins. True to Najad tradition, she can be rigged to the owner’s preference, from in-mast or in-boom furling to a full-batten mainsail on a Park Avenue boom. Built in vacuum-infused sandwich construction, she continues a bluewater pedigree of more than 2,000 Najads.
