The Zparq Z10 electric outboard motor will be making its UK debut at the Southampton International Boat Show on the Electric Outboard stand (L122) this year.
Developed in Sweden, the Zparq Z10 is the world’s lightest 10kW electric outboard motor.
Weighing in at just 15.2kg* plus its mounting bracket, the secret to the Z10’s super slim profile and low volume direct drive motor pod is its patented Hyperflow CoolingTM system.
While conventional electric motors often rely on heavy and complex cooling systems, Hyperflow CoolingTM effectively uses the surrounding water to cool the motor. The result is an extremely compact and lightweight motor that delivers high performance with few moving parts and minimal maintenance.
