Broad Reach Sailing is based in the Solent at Gosport Marina in Hampshire. We are committed to ensuring that you not only have the best tuition possible on your sailing course, but your time with us is both memorable and enjoyable. Our training vessel is equipped to the highest standard possible. Our instructors on all sailing courses are patient and supportive and they will ensure you get the most from the course you are attending. Whether you are a complete novice and haven’t sailed before, or an aspiring yacht master, we can guarantee that you will thoroughly enjoy your time with us.

Recomended previous experience– 100 sailing miles logged with 4 night sailing hours, plus an understanding of basic navigation.

“Go Sailing” offers you the chance to gain more experience and sea miles or just relax and spend time on the water. These cruises are for everyone, whether you are a novice or an experienced sailor you will have a great time. You will have the benefit of a professional skipper on board who will be more than happy to let you get involved as much as you like! From helming and setting sails, to navigation and passage planning, the choice is yours. Our mile builder adventures vary from 3 day bank holiday channel hopes to our popular “summer Cruises”. 7 days, covering around 400NM, visiting the west country, Channel Islands and France.
Our RYA Sailing Courses are “all inclusive”, that means there are absolutely no extras to pay on arrival. We include all meals on board (and if you look at our Trip Advisor reviews, you’ll see the food’s good to and all meals on board means breakfast, lunch and all evening meals. All berthing costs and on-board accomodation are also included and we provide high quality Musto foul weather clothing should you require this.
