With less than two weeks to go until the Southampton International Boat Show, preparations are well underway at MCC Marine.
This week, our team travelled to Wales to collect this impressive Nord Star 49+, ready for her journey to Southampton and a particularly exciting debut at this year’s show.
The flagship Nord Star 49+ will be making her Southampton Boat Show debut in a triple-engine configuration, giving visitors the opportunity to take a closer look at this exciting set-up.
As the largest model in the Nord Star range, the 49+ combines the robust construction and outstanding all-weather capability for which Nord Star is renowned with exceptional levels of space, comfort and luxury.
With three spacious cabins, a two-level saloon, expansive walkaround decks and an impressive flybridge, she has been designed to provide plenty of space for longer adventures, family cruising and entertaining on board.
Her hand-laminated hull, offshore capability and secure walkaround layout also ensure that, beneath the luxury, this remains a Nord Star built to perform in demanding conditions.
Alongside the Nord Star 49+, we’ll also have the Nord Star 28+ and Nord Star 33+ on display, giving visitors the chance to explore three different models from the range in one place.
Whether you’re looking for a versatile all-weather weekender or a larger cruiser capable of taking the whole family further afield, our team will be available throughout the show to talk you through the different models, specifications and options.

The Southampton International Boat Show takes place from 18–27 September 2026 at Mayflower Park.
