The Festival Green Stage area is next to our main catering area- so you can relax with a cool Guinness or a tasty burger whilst enjoying the entertainment!

We are thrilled to host British Ocean Racing skipper Pip Hare and her boat Superbigou at this year’s Show.
Pip is a British sailor, based in Poole and next year will be taking her place on the start line of the Vendee Globe Race with the intention of becoming the 10th British sailor and the 8th woman ever to compete in this epic non-stop, solo race around the world.
As a British female entry to the Vendee she is flying the flag for British sailing and the whole maritime community. Fewer than 100 skippers have ever completed the Vendee Globe. To put that in context over 5000 people have summited Everest and 12 men have walked on the moon.
