We’re celebrating life in and around the water and it’s the perfect day out for the entire family – with fun activities on the water and on land, a Tall Ship to explore, breathtaking water stunts, and a relaxed drink for those who just want to chill, enjoy live music and soak in the atmosphere. Be inspired, do what you enjoy and have a fantastic day out – and best of all, it’s great value with most attractions being included in your ticket! Local residents, within the SO14 to SO19 postcodes, benefit from a special offer, including FREE entry for two children under 15 per adult ticket and Senior Citizens (adults aged 66+) go FREE as well.
The show offers many exciting opportunities for all ages to explore watersports: Grab a paddleboard, kayak, dinghy or SUP at Get Afloat and give it a go under the guidance of our fun instructors, or feel the sea spray during trips across the Solent with one of Try A Boat’s high-speed RIB, motor yacht or cruise experiences. For a more sedate trip, join fellow passengers aboard the cruiser Island Scene or, if you’d like to try your hand at diving, head to Try A Dive. Children go back in time when exploring the 1919 square-rigged Tall Ship Morgenster. The show has a water experience for everyone.
When it’s time to relax, grab a chair in the Quarterdeck Bar & Restaurant and enjoy grandstand-style viewing of awe-inspiring, action-packed water stunts at the On The Water stage – be that Flyboarder James Prestwood lifting off or multi-world champion stuntmen performing freestyle jet ski acrobatics. If you’re a fan of artisan street food and live music, head to the Festival Green, one of 5 exciting new zones this year. For those who fancy top class restaurant cuisine, a visit to Kutis Indian Brasserie in the historic and majestic Royal Pier is a must.
The show offers a great experience like no other in Southampton, at just £14 per adult ticket.
